By creating an account or using Loop Visualizer (“the Service”) you agree to these terms.

1. Your account

You can try the Free plan without an account; to pay for a plan or credits you need one. Your account is personal: you may not share your login or let other people use your access. You are responsible for keeping your password safe.

2. Plans and payments

The Free plan gives access to one visual style and exports include a small watermark. Paid plans (Basic and Pro) are monthly subscriptions billed through PayPal and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change; any change applies from your next billing period and will be communicated in advance.

Credits are a one-time purchase through PayPal, with no subscription. Each credit lets you export one video with any style and no watermark. Credits do not expire and cannot be exchanged for money. If a credit purchase is refunded or reversed, the credits from that purchase are removed from your account.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your PayPal account. After cancelling you keep your plan until the end of the period you already paid for; then your account returns to the Free plan. If a payment fails or the subscription is suspended, your account returns to the Free plan. Payments already made are not refunded except where required by law.

4. Referral program

Any account with a verified email can join from the account page and get a personal link.

• Commission: 30% of the net amount we receive (after PayPal fees) from every payment made by the people who sign up through your link, during the 6 months after they activate it. Subscriptions and credits both count.
• Who counts: new accounts created through your link that activate it within 7 days of signing up, with a verified email. Your own accounts don’t count. Each account can only have one referrer.
• Hold and refunds: each commission is on hold for 30 days. If the payment is refunded or reversed, its commission is cancelled; if it was already paid to you, it is deducted from your next payout.
• Payouts: sent manually by PayPal, in USD, to the email you give us, once a month when your available balance reaches 20 USD. You are responsible for any taxes on what you earn.
• For the people you invite: 2 free credits once they verify their email (there is a daily limit per link).
• Not allowed: referring yourself, fake or duplicate accounts, spam, ads that bid on the Loop Visualizer name, or presenting yourself as Loop Visualizer. We may cancel commissions obtained this way and remove you from the program.

We may change or end the program at any time. Commissions already earned will be paid under the terms that applied when they were earned.

5. What you can do

• Use the styles included in your plan as much as you want.
• Create videos with your own music or music you have the rights to use.
• Publish those videos anywhere, including monetized and commercial content. The videos you create are yours.

6. What you cannot do

• Share, resell, rent or sublicense your access or any part of the Service.
• Copy, extract, download or redistribute the code, styles or designs of the Service, or use them to build another product.
• Try to access styles not included in your plan, or bypass the watermark or any other protection.

If you break these terms we may suspend or close your account without refund.

7. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is”. It is designed for current desktop browsers (Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge recommended). We are not responsible for loss of data, files or income resulting from its use.
